Experience

Geoff began practicing Muay Thai (aka Thai boxing) and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu in 2005 as a way to get back in shape after his college years. He quickly fell in love with martial arts and the rest is history.

Over the next 6 years he has competed in several amateur Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts fights, in addition to no-gi jiu-jitsu tournaments.

Safety

From Geoff’s own words, the past 6 years Muay Thai have been life changing for him.

He’s learned about about discipline, respect, and how to properly nourish and take care of the body.

His interest in nutrition during this time turned into a career and he currently teaches and creates trainings on nutrition as part of his full-time job.

Quality

While Geoff no longer competes in martial arts, he still loves to train in Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. He currently has a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu and has been teaching both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai since 2018.

In his classes, Geoff’s goal is to create a fun environment where participants can get a great workout while also learning technical and effective self-defense techniques.

Come train with Geoff every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 PM
